Absolutely! If you want to take Omega-3 alongside with your multivitamins, it's perfectly safe. Most multivitamins (around 99%) actually don't have any DHA or other Omega-3 fatty acids in them and if they do, it's likely you'd have to take two a day to get the recommended amount.
