Do I need to take 2 softgels per day?Updated a year ago

While the recommended daily intake of DHA can vary based on individual factors such as age, sex and specific health conditions, a common dosage often recommended for adults is around 250-500 mg per day.

To obtain all of the fantastic health benefits of Omega 3, a consistent dosage amount is key. Each of our Algae Omega 3 softgels contain 200mg of DHA, and we recommend taking 2 soft gels a day which will provide you with a total of 400mg of DHA.

By subscribing to a 30-day supply for 2 softgels (400mg DHA) a day, you'll have a more frequent and steadier intake of DHA, promoting long-term health benefits. 


However, if you prefer a more extended supply, you can choose our 60-day subscription option for 1 softgel (200mg DHA) a day. While this will still provide you with a beneficial amount of DHA, keep in mind that the benefits may be more pronounced with the higher dosage.
