  • Glycerine: We need glycerine in our capsules to reduce the brittleness and make sure that they last. Glycerine is used as a solvent for flavours and food colours, and is safe when consumed orally.  It is also used as a humectant, plasticiser, emollient, sweetener and filler in low-fat food products such as cookies.
  • Starch: Many supplements use gelatine, but we use corn starch as a cruelty free and plant-based alternative.
  • Carrageenan: Carrageenan is a natural ingredient derived from seaweed that is commonly used as a stabilizer in food and supplement manufacturing. It helps maintain the structural integrity and shelf stability of the softshell, ensuring that the product retains its quality over time. Carrageenan has undergone thorough evaluations by the EFSA and FSA and has been qualified as safe for consumption based on the available scientific evidence.
