What is the difference between DHA and EPA oil?Updated a year ago

Both DHA and EPA are types of Omega-3 fatty acids, but they have slightly different benefits for the body.

DHA supports our brain, heart and eye health and may have benefits for neurological conditions and memory. It has also been evidenced to support fetal development during pregnancy.

EPA is thought to support healthy immune responses and may help reduce blood pressure.  It’s worth remembering that our bodies can’t produce enough DHA or EPA on their own, so we have to get it from our diets. Although EPA can be formed from other Omega-3 fatty acids (ALA) which is found in flax and chia, this is not the case for DHA.

Our softgels contain 200mg DHA Omega 3, so you can meet your daily requirements and support your vital organs.
