Who should take algae Omega 3?Updated a year ago

Omega 3 from algae is the only viable plant-based source of Omega 3 DHA. This makes it perfect for vegans, vegetarians, those following a plant-based diet, or those that are concerned with the environmental impact of overfishing. It's also ideal for young children and expectant mothers who would like the host of health benefits that come with Omega 3 DHA.

As our dosage amount is 200mg per capsule, we do not recommend giving NothingFishy Omega 3 supplements to babies aged 0-2. 
We strictly advise against giving our supplements to young children without splitting them as this can be a choking hazard. Please take sensible precautions
