If you're a subscriber, you're automatically enrolled - no sign-up needed. If you're not a subscriber yet, you'll be enrolled when you create an account or place your first order.
Where can I see my current tier and cashback balance?
You can view your tier, cashback balance, and rewards in your account dashboard. Log in at nothingfishy.co and head to your Account and rewards section.
How is my tier calculated?
Your tier is based on your total spend with Nothing Fishy since the programme launched on 9th February 2026. Level 1 is for one-time purchasers without an active subscription. Levels 2, 3, and 4 are for subscribers.• Level 1: One-time purchase
Why doesn't my previous spend count towards my tier?

You can choose to donate your cashback directly to SeaTrees from your loyalty account when redeeming your rewards. This option will be available alongside other redemption choices.
Can I earn cashback on discounted or sale items?
Yes. You can earn cashback on any purchase you make, including items that are already discounted or on sale.
Do cashback or rewards count towards tier progression?
Your tier progression and cashback are based on the final amount you spend.If you apply a discount, store credit, or cashback to your order, you’ll still earn cashback at the same percentage for your tier, but because the total spend is lower, the am
Can I earn rewards on purchases made as a gift for someone else?
Yes. As long as the order is placed under your account and email address, you’ll earn cashback and rewards, even if the order is delivered to a different address as a gift.
Can I transfer my loyalty account to another person?
