How can I delay my order? Can I skip a delivery?

Our subscription management platform is very easy and intuitive, giving you full control over your payments and orders. Within your account portal, you’ll see many options to manage your subscription.

First, you should log in. You can find more about our passwordless login here.

There are 2 options to delay your order:

1. SKIP YOUR DELIVERY

Select "Skip":

Depending on your delivery frequency, you'll be given an option to skip your next order for the whole period (30 or 60 days), or half-period (15 or 30 days):

Simply choose a period to skip for, and wait for a confirmation:

All done!

2. SET NEXT DATE OR EDIT FREQUENCY

By selecting “Set next date" or "edit frequency”, you will be able to choose a specific date you’d like your next order to be shipped.

Simply choose a date and then hit "Confirm". All done!
