How can I receive my order sooner? Can I order an extra one?Updated a year ago

Our subscription management platform is very easy and intuitive, giving you full control over your payments and orders. Within your account portal, you’ll see many options to manage your subscription. 

First, you should log in. You can find more about our passwordless login here.

Now, there are 2 options below to bring your next shipment forward:

1. ORDER NOW

In your order menu portal, hit "More" and choose "Order now".

This will place your next order to be shipped right away, and will also move your following orders accordingly from that date (based on the frequency you have). 

2. SET NEXT DATE OR EDIT FREQUENCY

By selecting “Set next date" or "edit frequency”, you will be able to choose a specific date you’d like your next order to be shipped. 

Simply choose a date and then hit "Confirm". All done!

If you'd like to order a one-off (for example, your friend might want one, or another member of your household wants to see if it's something they might like), there are 2 options to do this:

1. ORDER NOW

Just as shown above, you can "Order now". Keep it mind that your next delivery date will move, so you'll need to adjust it accordingly. 

2. GIFT IT

If you are contemplating sending one to a friend, you can use a "Gift it" option:

Once you hit "Gift Order" you'll be redirected to a page, where you can enter your friend's delivery address. Once done, click on "Gift ;)" and it will be on its way:
