How do I pause my subscription?Updated a year ago

At this stage in time, we do not have an option to pause subscriptions. However, we do have the option to skip your next order or select a specific date for your next shipment. 

You can skip it any time by logging into the Account section using the email you signed up with. 

If you need more time to use up the softgels, we recommend using the Skip function to delay your next order for 15 days or a month. 

In case if you want to skip for longer, we'd recommend choosing a specific date for your next order (this can be in as many weeks or months you need).
